INVESTMENT PUCHONG

“Do you know what centre gravity of Greater KL is in term of population? Our population grows in the form of spiral or we call it a circle. Therefore, property grows like water. If the water falls in the centre, it will slowly spread like a circle just like the how the population grows. Do you know where the centre of gravity of Greater KL is? Want to take a guess? It’s Puchong

Puchong is the centre gravity of population in Greater KL.
This means our population is growing in a much bigger scale in Greater KL area. Population in the places like Puchong, PJ, Cheras and KL are pretty much became developed area. Will the population be still growing? The answer is, definitely yes! And it will grow bigger years by years.

Places like Batu Caves and further of KL area are no longer too much to develop because of the reserved forest on the northeast side. This means the water (property) will bounce and grow towards the southwest area, which are Shah Alam, Kajang and also Cyberjaya & Putrajaya.

This actually makes sense because one of the MRT line station will stop at Kajang and the proposed MRT line 2 will have a station in Cyberjaya. You can see the patterns of population that will slowly shift to these areas.
To support this statement, many big time developers like Mah Sing,  UEM group, OSK group, Andaman Property Management, Country Heights Holdings Bhd, Laketown, and Tim Development are going invest heavily in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. The property investments in this area have reached RM3.1 billion. You might want to consider shift your eyes in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. It can be an 0pportunity for you to invest!
Want to know how I get all these information from? Well, most of the info and data I get it from Ho Chin Soon latest book titled “Greater KL- Circle & Putrajaya MRT Fast Tra1n to Singapore” that published not long ago.”
